JUNIPER - According to Ayurveda, juniper has played a major medicinal role in the treatment of many contagious diseases. Juniper was burned to scare away witches and demons. Juniper clears, stimulates and strengthens the nerves. It purifies the atmosphere and has a calming effect for the over-stressed and is also good for PMT.
ROSE- Rose is a symbol of love and purity the Buddhists use a form of Rosary, an aid to meditation and prayer. In Aromatherapy, it is a soothing effect on the emotions particularily depressions, grief and resentment. Lifts the heart and eases nervous tension and stress.
SANDALWOOD - According to Ayurveda, sandalwood has been a favorite dhoop for embalming from the ancient times. It's calming effect was a useful aid to meditation and its popularity in religious ceremonies. It soothes nervous tension and anxiety and it helps to bring peace and acceptance.
