Flora & Fauna Class #1: Connect with the Power of Flowers Through Flower Essences!

You know what they say: “April showers bring May flowers!” And this month’s workshop is focused on honoring the power of flowers themselves!

Flowers are obviously gorgeous & uplifting to see, especially every early Spring when the Earth has seemed so dark & dreary through Winter, yet the flowers return and bring us colors, light, inspiration, and delicious scents as well.

But flowers are so much more than their visual appeal.

Flowers can be used medicinally in herbal preparations like tea blends, oxymels, tinctures, and other extracts, but flowers can also be worked with for their energetic healing abilities through what are called “Flower Essences.”

In this class (the 1st in a series about the energetic powers of Flora and Fauna!) taught by Sam Lauer of Find Me in the Stars, we’ll discuss all things Flower Essences, from what the heck they even are - to their origins with the Bach tradition - to their healing influences - to how to read/feel into what a flower signifies - to even making Flower Essences together!

Our gathering will be a lesson of multiple moving parts and thematic varieties, including history, botany, meditation, mediumship, herbalism, creation, and more!

Sam will demonstrate how Flower Essences are made and provide a cheat sheet for everyone to take home so you can experiment with making them on your own! And the best part is that everyone will get to leave this workshop with their own unique Flower Essence blend in a 1oz dropper bottle.
